I would like to thank Peter Magdalinos(Senior Property Manager) for his professionalism, support, on time responses and always available to assist throughout our stay at one of his managed properties in Oakleigh South. He is great, very easy to work with, very patient and understanding even after we vacated the property from getting the repairs organised till we got the bond refunded. He's truly a gem property manager to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

I owned a property in Clayton, Vic and had been an owner-occupier for 30 years or so. About 3 years ago, I left Australia to reside in Singapore for family reasons; and I engaged a real estate/property agent who was not "local" to manage my property.

When I first met Peter Magdalinos in April 2018 whilst holidaying in Melbourne; my Clayton property was vacant for rental purpose. Peter did what he had to do as a Property Manager and shortly afterwards tenant(s) moved in; and by that stage I was already back in Singapore. Alas! the tenancy was short-lived as the tenant(s) moved out complaining that my property was not "liveable" as the "carpet" was soiled and smell of pet urine and "carpet" was covered with animals' hair also.

Though it was a disappointment to me that the tenancy was short-lived, but I was grateful to Peter who kept me posted promptly of the "carpet" problem at my property. Since I could not be in Melbourne to take care of the "carpet" problem myself I had to count on Peter to assist me.

Without hesitation, Peter walked the extra mile over and above the duties of a Property Manager and assisted me in renovating my property by sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes etc and then communicated info to me in Singapore for decision making. Peter also assisted me in overseeing the renovation works from start to end.

Needless to say, I was and I am still grateful to Peter for his effort, willingness and helpfulness in transforming my Clayton property into a "liveable" condition as what it is today.
