My partner and I rented through Century 21 in Clayton with our managing agent Kosta Poulellis. We did not have much contact with the agency as a whole but I can recommend Kosta as a fantastic property manager.
Kosta went out of his way to show us through multiple apartments, one of which ended up being the apartment we rented during our time in Oakleigh.
His communication during the start of the tenancy was excellent, and he ensured that we were aware of our requirements as tenants and conversely the landlords requirements. This level of communication was maintained throughout our tenancy and Kosta addressed any queries we had about the up-keep of the property promptly.
I would have no hesitations renting with Century 21 Clayton again, as the only reason we did not chose to rent again with Kosta was because we were unable to find a property that suited our very specific needs at the time we chose to move from the apartment managed by Kosta.
