Initially we met James in 2017 when we were trying to buy an investment property and we were so impressed with his service that we decided if we ever were going to sell an asset it would have to be James himself only. The way James presented property, online campaign, settlement and post settlement services - we had never come across anyone like him in industry. And so when this year we were thinking to sell our asset our first thought was James and we contacted him as well as three other local agents in the area.
